I can purchase Lebaron Bonney cardboard door panels and rear cardboard panels for my 48 coupe, but they do not include all cutouts necessary to mount the arm rests and rear ash trays. I several photos that shows their location but without any dimensions I am stuck, can someone in the club share some data.

When I purchased replacement door panels from LB for my 47 convertible they came covered and ready to install after I made a few slots to accommodate the stainless trim strips. When I have used uncovered panels I held them in place and tapped on them to see the needs clearly. A bit of carpenter' chalk on those places make them stand out.

Supereal, that may be my only option with uncovered panels, thanks for the advice

coupeman, ask LB if they can mark your panels with the locations you need. They should have a pattern that locates the ash trays and armrests.

There is a real god video on youtube on how to make your own door panels. I have been doing some of the starts already. I will be making all of my panels myself. Sorry not original, but still nice looking.
