I recently saw an old movie featuring a 1937 Ford Convertible coupe with a sidemount spare on the Passenger Side Front Fender. Was this a Factory Option or was this car modified for the movie? The Spare was mentioned in the movie dialog.

The Nancy Drew car has been discussed before and I believe the conclusion was that the 37 Roadster was modified for the movie, to conform with the roadster described in the books. The movie is on Youtube. Tom
