Hey Guys, I am in the market for a '33 ford. I've found one but I don't know what to think. The instrument panel consists of a speedometer with an amp meter on the right side and a gas gauge on the left. There is no temperature gauge or oil pressure gauge. That's how Ford built them. Accessory "dual gauges" that include temp and oil pressure gauges were available, but are rare. You should buy a copy of "The 1933-34 Ford Book - Restoration Manual"available on this website. You can study the correct parts and configurations before you buy. That will be handy when you have a car and might save you from enduring buyer's remorse.

My '34 has the same gauge set as the '33. Pictured below is what I did to monitor the 'vitals' of my engine....
