Hello,,,,I am replacing the bumper on a 41 ford deluxe, the bolts on the ends are oval but the bolts on the bumper guards are square, I see in the catalogs they are all square, what would be correct?, Thanks for any help, Mike This message was edited by jarhead on 3-31-18 @ 1:52 PM

41Deluxe bolts are all square. The problem is, (I think) the short ones are available as repros but the long ones for the bumper guards are not. I for onehave been searching for years.

All the bolts in a 42 bumper have square heads. If you can't find them at one of the usual suppliers have you asked people in your local club? Someone may have a couple of spares.

I think you might want to double check the bolts. I believe the 41 bolt head is rectangular. The longer ones are available from Bob Drake. I just bought some.

Yupp. Just checked. Bob Drake sez he has both the long and short bumper bolts for the 41
