I have found these heads at my Dad’s house and i’m On the fence if I should sell them or keep them. And if I do sell them what are they worth? I plan on doing a flathead for my next project, but I’m neck deep in one already. I’m torn...

They are aftermarket "Edelbrock" heads for the later 24 stud engines.
These heads are still made and are popular with the Hot Rod group.
These look to be heavily pitted aluminum heads as the compression side may also have pitting that could render them useless. It is common for the holes for coolant corrode and grow, sometimes into the compression chambers, where they leak into the cylinders.
I would bet you father was an early hot rod guy.

1934 Ford's since 1972

He was, the Truck i’m working on was his dads. At 15 he got caught doing doughnuts by the cops and called his parents. So now it’s my truck and going to keep the tradition going except I’m not 15 haha

Here's my opinion. There's evidence of electrolysis around the water jacket holes. Milling the heads might clean them up, but again it may not. I would not use them and they may or may not be saleable. My thought is to hang them on the wall in your garage and they will remind you of your dad and the legacy he left to you. My dad was a mechanic by trade and my grandfather was a machinist who had his own shop. I have tools from both of them and the tools are a reminder of the knowledge and skills they left me.

I agree with trjford. Display them as a remembrance of of him. If you have a photo of him working on or standing near the truck, frame it and place between the heads.
