Check with the V-8 parts vendors listed on this site. I usually call C and G parts in Escondido, Ca. They show them in their catalog for $150/set, Your local Napa Auto Parts store has generic cables that you can shorten to fit your needs and you can epoxy your knobs to the cable end. C and G phone # is 800-266-0470.

John, Drake reproduced some in the last century and I don't think that anyone has the reproductions left. You can search for NOS cables on RearCounter.Com.

The green book lists the cable lengths and you can use the repair kit for the earlier cars to fix yours if the cable is OK.

Tom is correct. Repop cables are essentially unobtanium. My parts supplier found one from the Hershey swap meet from a 6Cyl and I was able to modify it without destroying its original application intent. Salvage, NOS and swap meets are your best bet, or if enough of the originals are usable, you can do a rebuild. The rubber joints are still available at Mac's or other suppliers.
