The fuel gage on my car is not working..I am not sure where to begin with diagnosing the problem..Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks!

check that the 1/8 tube is intact. Remove the gauge ,and check that its clean and clear in the glass and tube ,you will need to blow through it, Get the Red liquid from Macs ,fill it to M ,T tighten all joints .blow through the Fuel pipe at the pump back to the tank .to get it to work .
