I am trying to research a 1938 Ford fire engine that was built on a 2 ton chassis. I cannot find any good info about the 2 ton chassis.

I have a 41 fire engine cab/chassis 1 1/2 ton and a friend has a 41 3 ton ex fire engine and the only differences we see are extra spring leaves and a doubled frame from under the cab to the rear axel. my 41 was a 500 gallon pumper with mid mount pump, his was a front mounted pump and 750 gallon tank

It seems that any data beyond 1 1/2 ton is missing. Is the engine the same with all of the same hp and torque values? The engine has the 24 bolt heads.
