I am looking for either a long block or crate flathead to put into my 39 Coupe. Does anyone have recommendations? I have come across H&H in CA, Flathead City in OR so far. Any experience out there working with either of these shops?

The first thing you should do is to add your general location to your profile, there may be a good rebuilder close to you. You should also add your email to your profile. You should check out anyone you select in the archives, here and at fordbarn.com and HAMB (https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/). If a company has a symbol (such as "&" you need to go to GOOGLE and search on "H&H on HAMB" etc. Reading other peoples experiences will help you decide on the best rebuilder.
