Topic: 1936 Horn

I was just starting to correct all the headlight wiring since I cleaned the switch and got the fuse to stop blowing when I noticed the horn for the right side is not there. The left one works and someone was nice enough to tape up the leads that would go to the missing horn. I can't seem to find a replacement horn anywhere online. Does anyone have an idea as to where I can get one, or what I could replace it with that could be easily mounted? The original mounting bracket is not there either.

Do you have a Standard vehicle?
According to the 1935-1936 Ford Book that the Club published, Deluxe cars had two horns and Standard cars had one mounted on the driver's side.

Advertise you want one on Fordbarn. That is how
I got a right hand one pretty cheap as well. Not using it as present as
I have a Model A ahooga horn for the kids to honk
at the Halloween tailgate parties.

nelsb01 - Thanks for that tidbit of info. I have that book but never thought to look in it. I found the same statement you mentioned so I guess I will stop looking for one. I have a 36 Tudor standard.
