Hello fellow V8ers, I have come across a club pin that was sold to me as the Golden jubilee. It has a date on it of August 1963. Could someone tell me if this was the issue date or just a date being commemorated ?? Thanks, Dale T

I was not at the event nor do I have an image of the PIN for the event, so we'll have to depend upon one of our members from California or other state who attended to confirm that. If possible can you post a pic of the PIN? I just Googled 1963 Ford Golden Jubilee meet and that's what popped up. If I were a betting man I'd say there's a pretty good chance that's what it's for but really need someone to confirm it. Dale, The Early Ford V-8 Club was founded in August 1963. Its golden anniversary was celebrated in Lake Tahoe in June 2013 at the 2013 Grand National Meet. Does your pin look anything like this?
