For the 1928 through 1930 go to http://www.jmodela.com/numbers.html
You will find that, unlike the later Fords, you must lift the body to see the number. The car was tracked by the engine serial number when it was new.

For the 1925 through 1927 try posting the question on the Model T forum on fordbarn.com or maybe mtfca.com

Note that your questions are outside of the date range for this forum. You might have better luck on Fordbarn.com.

Model T frames have straight side rails. The Model A frame# is on the top left rail past the rear engine mount. If the body is on the frame the number is approximately below the front body left body block and the body must be removed to see it.
