Does anyone have information on the 1940 85 HP V-8 Hand Crank for turning over the engine ? Length of the insert (+ handle) Any photos ? This was not included in the tool kit (handle maybe as a lug wrench ?) The crank was a Ford accessory, @ extra cost. Want to make sure I get the correct item. Thanks!

67-17040 crank extension is 23.5" long. The 38-39 restoration book has very good photos of the 40-17036 handle that serves as both a lug wrench and the handle for the crank extension. Also 01A-17035 is the lug wrench without a crank. This message was edited by 40 Coupe on 3-14-17 @ 3:59 AM

Contact Lin Stacey the tool guy. If he doesn't have one, he can give you all the info you need to make sure that you get the correct one. LinStacey@sbcglobal.net Tom
