The fanbelt is out of alignment on my 52 flathead it looks like it is at an angle . I would like to know if there is any way to adjust the brkt. that bolts on the block to change the angle???

That isn't an unusual problem, but commonly stems from either a failing generator or water pump, or the wrong type installed. It is likely that one or more of the pulleys is out of line, and replacement of the offending unit will correct the problem.
