Topic: 1933-34 radiator sh*ll emblem

I have this badge that came in a box of extras when I purchased my 1934 Tudor.
I can not find anything like it. It was made by the Fox corporation in Cincinnati, the original sub contractor for Ford.
I have been told it may be a dealer special production or something like that, but is not a Ford production for the line.
It is what looks to be a hunter green surrounding a cream colored center, The picture does not represent the true color. (at least on my screen)
Has anyone seen any other like it, or can anyone share some information about this badge?
Thank you very much for your time, consideration, and knowledge.

You can narrow down what it was intended for by looking at the back side. If it has a square base for the threaded stud, it's 33, if the stud base is round, it's '34. One possibility is that it was an award in a sales contest for dealers, which occur to this day.

Thanks that is good to know. It is round so it must be a 34.

As a 34 Ford guy for 44 years, I've never seen anything like it on a 34 Ford car.

1934 Ford's since 1972

No one seems to have seen one like it.
That is why I am trying this site.
Thank you.
