Topic: 1935 V8 De Luxe Roadster how many left

I own a 1935 Ford V8 De Luxe Roadster with Rumble seat, fitted with the 2 speed rear axle. Imported into the UK early 1999, previously registered in California with registration number 300 RTG. In 1977 was awarded National First Prize by the Antique Automobile Club of America plus Dearborn Award Winner by The Early Ford V8 Club of America.
Whilst the car was in very good condition when imported it has gone through a full restoration and is now in near concourse condition and although having various sensible upgrades throughout its life it is basically still an original car.
I would be very interested to know how many of these cars ( excluding all those that have been modified into hot rods) are still in existence.
I look forward to any replies

Hi Robert....I believe that you have asked a question for which there is no reasonable answer. Probably no database for that kind of info exists. About all that could be found is possibly original production figures, broken down by models. I am the original owner of a 1969 Chevrolet Corvette T-top. The Indiana registration lists it as...Che...Cp...Cvt...blu. Is that a Corvette? A convertible? A 2-door Camaro? A full-size 2-door Chevrolet convertible? A Chevelle Coupe? Who can tell from the registration? And there is no national registration of autos here in the USA, only registration by each state, and they are all different in style and content. BT.

thanks for your reply, I was hopeing you had a similar system to the UK but I guess the US is so large it just would not be feasable to have just one data base.
Again thanks for your reply
