I found a vacuum switch for the wipers, but the fuel pump isn't working. It has a single action pump. Can the dual action pump be used instead? Is the adapter over the push rod the same for both pumps?

Grizz, Either pump should operate your wiper motor. No difference in push rod, etc. The dual was installed on those cars that had Fordomatic and Overdrive to boost the vacuum output while climbing hills. Don
