Hi I am looking for specs such as wheelbase, weights and such for the 1940 and 41 1.5 ton trucks. Can anyone here reply with this information? thanks 41 panel & 41 1.5 platform

The book Ford Trucks Since 1905 by Wagner shows that for 1940, there were 134 and 158 inch wheel base 1 1/2 ton chassis in the conventional truck line. Shown in the book are panel, dump, flatbed, and stakebed vehicles. They could come with either the 85 hp (01T) or 95 hp (09T) flathead V-8. One of the differences for 1941 was that the 6 cyl engine (1GT) was made available. There were also Cabover designs available. Sorry, no weight information was given.
