I just bought a 37 firetruck and it seems the cab is a normal pick up cab my problem is the hood does not line up in a few places at all I'm not sure if its been beating up or the wrong hood, it's a 4 PC. Hood is there other hoods that would almost fit and that's what I have going on or who make a good repo of the hood?

Couple thoughts: First, that is an attractive and unique vehicle.
The hood's curvature appears to not fit the cowl curvature. You might be able to remove the hood and physically bend the hood to better fit - you risk cracking the paint though.
The rear latch and the latch catch on the side of the cowl may not be snugged up as tight as needed. Wear on the catch may have worn a "u" shape where the latch engages, likewise, the latch may have a wear groove. Repair by welding but that will damage paint. First try a weld on the latch as it can be removed from the hood side. Good luck.

It is not unusual to find the hood of a fire truck bent out of shape. At a fire, the hood is often thrown open to allow ventilation for the engine as the pump is being used. It is often done in haste, resulting in the deformation over many years. A competent auto body shop should be able to restore it. Old fire trucks are very interesting, and often very low mileage for the year of manufacture.
