I need to replace my roof on my 41 1/2 ton. Are there any options or replacement panels available. It is just the center of the roof, app 2 sq. ft.

DeeW: I am not aware of anyone producing a "patch-panel" for the 40-47 truck roof. You have described a pretty small area, less than a foot and a half square. You didn't say where in the roof the problem area is, but if it is in the center, the patch would have a very slight crown, and there are millions of vehicles, past and present that have slight convex curves somewhere on their bodywork. Alternatively, if you live in an area that has custom body shops, most are equipped with an english wheel, and can put
just about any compound curve in an appropriate piece of metal. The 41 roof is the same as 40-47 trucks, and a little browsing in rural pastures will often reveal a candidate donor that perhaps you could purchase and remove the entire top from at the original seams. I am not aware of anyone producing a "patch-panel" for the 40-47 truck roof. It is very difficult to "patch" relatively flat areas. I'd look for a complete cab or at least a decent top section.
