Topic: 1940 Ford fire tender

  im a student in high school shop class in the wichita ks area. we received a 1940 fire tender and are needing help with funds or if you even have parts we might need then let me know. We need tires right now the most, they are 6.00x20 if anyone has some send them are way for give us a price

  Congratulations on your project! You and the other students will learn a lot from your hands on experience.
CokerTire.com has the size you requested. This was the standard Ford truck front tire beginning in 1932. Typically the rear tires were a different size but perhaps the fire tender had the same size all around.
This is not a common truck tire today so the chances of a gift of used tires is not likely.
