I'm looking for correct colors codes for my 1935 truck, exterior and interior. Thanks Scott

For almost all years, trucks of all sizes could be ordered in a variety of colors, including those used by the purchaser as a standard. For instance, the trucks used by "Ma Bell" came from the factory dressed in the olive color. This allowed considerable latitude as to what constitutes "correct" colors. Probably the only uniting color was black, used on most fenders and running boards. My paint books don't go back to '35, but that one, and most others, are not much help since paint formulas are vastly different now. Color photos of those early years are very rare. It is a safe bet that many wore black, red, or other primary colors. The only one I found was clad in "John Deere" green, with yellow wheels and, of course, black fenders.

  35FordPU:

The interiors on trucks were painted the same as the exterior body color. Autocolor library shows several "non-fleet" colors available in various paint formulations.
