I have a 1948 Mercury pickup with a 239 V8. I have looked at the identification of the carburetor, and on the passenger side, it reads, "FORD USA", and on the driver's side it reads, "Model 7 RT". I believe I have looked up one side and down the other side of that carburetor, even down the throat, and cannot see any other identifications. When I have googled the FORD USA Model 7 RT identification, the result is always, "Holley 94". To be sure...., is this carburetor a Holley? or ?? If and when the time comes to rebuild an/or replace it, I would like to know. Thanks

Yes, this is a Holley Model 94 carburetor. Just get a rebuild kit for a 1948 Ford F-1 Pickup and you should have no problems using it to service this carb.
