Anybody know if there is a different size between 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton back window.?
I used Bob Drake rubber seal and I can see daylite through the corners. I used the original glass. That rubber covered the corners but of course not usable.

  Which year vehicle?
Most 1/2 ton early 30's trucks, the cabs were the same. I dont believe that the cabs changed until Ford started the F-1 F-2 F-3 F-4 F-5 series. But not really sure.

But, it could be that your glass is cut too small. I had a local glass cutter cut my back window for a 1936 1/2 ton and he told me he had the correct pattern. After he cut the glass and fit the rubber, it was too small. So, I made a cardboard pattern of the window and took it to him and said that this is the size of the window, and I can remove the cardboard pattern easily, so cut this the size of the pattern.
Nope, he said that there had to be room for the rubber gasket and cut it again too small.
I then ordered from Sanders Glass --- perfect fit the first time. Anyone in need of some small rear window glass??

I'm sorry for that little very important omission.
It is a 41. we cut the glass from the original glass. Maybe that was too small to begin with.
By the way, thanks for the reply and hope you find some use for your extra glass.
