It all starts at the end of the steering sector. Remove the wiring bail -- curved clip -- and then you can see a clip that holds the horn and light rod. Remove the clip and you should be able to slide the horn and light rod out into the interior.
You will have to remove the steering sector from the dash to accomplish removing the rod.
Its not as easy as doing this in a sedan.

also you might have to drop the steering column and aim it out the drivers door, or remove the rear window in the cab, which ever is easier.
what ever you do ,do not bend the lightswitch rod to much, and have rags in hand when doing this, usually it is a greasey mess.
The clip is a LITTLE C-clip,has a spring and a special connector bracket that is used to turn the light switch, you will have to align this later on, so make sure you write down which way it is facing, and where the horn button is facing at the same time,so you can reinstall the same way,
you might want to invest in a FORD Service Bullitin Manual , or a restoration guide, to make things easier for you, well worth the money,
hope this helps KEEP ON TRUCKIN 37RAGTOPMAN
