47 truck stuck engine. So far pulled intake and have been using acetone and trans fluid in plug holes and valve valley to soak for 2 months and rocking every weekend. Today pulled oil pan plug and about a gallon of anti freeze came out and then the oil. Whats next? pull the heads and pan and have a look? What am I looking for? Bad head gasket maybe? Truck was driven into shop with antifreeze in it and sat untouched for 25-30 years. Is engine more than likely junk? Thanks, Lyman.

Yes, pull the heads. It sounds like you either have a leaking head gasket or a cracked block. [lets hope not] Once you pull the heads it will be easier to tell what your problem is and which cylinders are affected.
