The 1941 thru 1948 book offered by the V-8 Club is the way to go. If you aren't a member you should join the V-8 Club.

Mike, the Green Book is the 28-45 Chassis parts catalog and has representative drawings of the mechanical assemblies of the car. It can be purchased from most vendors.

Books are a useful tool in restoring a car, but being able to talk to someone that has gone through the process is invaluable when restoring a car. It also helps to see restored cars and judge them at National meets.

You can also expect a lot of good advice on this Forum.

Hang on to her, they're tough to find. Captured mine 50 years ago and she still loves old Fords and the people who own them.
