Can anyone suggest a mfg or supplier that makes a wire wheel that will fit the Merc 5" x 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern ? Thanks Tracker

There are several suppliers of wire wheels that will fit the Mercury. Here is one of them. http://www.truespoke.net/Truespokesizes.html Personally, I do not like the look of wire wheels on cars built after WWII and they are a pain to take care of. I have wire wheel hubcaps on my Cutlass, and the only way to get them looking good is to run them through a dish-washing cycle, power wash them or take the car through a car wash. Tom
