Has anybody used Evans waterless coolant in their radiators? If so, what are the results and recommendations?

In the summer, I use water with a rust inhibitor and in the cold weather I use a 50-50 mixture of Sierra and water. I use steam distilled water because it contains no minerals or acids. it is just H2O. Evans waterless coolant is just a mixture of Ethylene-lycol and water, Prestone is Ethylene-Glycol with rust inhibitors. Some people swear by Evans and others swear at it.
