Is there a source for the rubber spacer/washer mounting hardware for the running board/front fender on a 41 Merc? I can get the washers anywhere but really only need the rubber spacers. Anyone know of a source? Will the 42-48 kit work? Thank you.

The kit for a 41 Merc should be the same as the 41 Ford kit. Call C and G Parts in Escondido , Ca. They advertise in the V-8 Times.

Unless I'm missing something they all list a rubber grommet/washer kit for 42-48. Is 41 merc the same?

Check with Roy Nacewicz. His running board kits have the correct parts. He lists a kit for 41-48 running boards. Tom

Most mounting kits have more parts than necessary, and have to be carefully sorted to determine which is correct for the application. It is not unusual to have to modify some to fit.
