I noticed in a catalog that they listed a cross over exhaust pipe for 46-48 Mercury that was for Mercury only. What is the difference between the Merc. and Ford crossover?

I don't recall off hand, but since the Mercury frame is 4 inches, it could be due to that...given engine placement relative to the Ford.
