Could be, but exteriors all look the same to me. When I was a kid my folks had a '47 Ford coupe with a back seat. It was called a "club coupe". TomE

If the two body styles are parked next to each other you would see that the sedan coupe has a longer roof and longer doors. Purchase a copy (or borrow) of the V-8 Album.
