I need suggestions for storing a newly rebuilt flathead engine until it can be put back in the car. No oil in it etc. It may be late spring before I will be ready to install the engine.

I would put it in an engine storage bag with 4 - 5.25x 4 desiccant packs after spraying fogging oil in all of the cylinders and other openings. Google both items for a source near you. Tom
