  #55, 7V, 2CP at NAPA and others.
You are aware there are two different heaters for 40, both have different switches and wiring harness.

I have two Hot Water Heaters and the switch by the off and on switch. Does that help?

Ford for 40 offered both a hot air heather and the hot water heather. The hot air heather gets it's warm air transferred from the engine exhaust gases. If the #55 bulb does not fit into the tight surrounding of the switch then you have to use the #51. The hot air heather switch does not have reverse position so it is somewhat simpler than the hot water switch, just a couple of different speeds. because the hot air heather does not reverse motor operation the wiring harness is also simpler and not the same as the hot water heather.
