On my 40 Conv. I think the top control is where the columbia switch should go. No 2 I need the spects to line up the front end.

There is no specific place for the Columbia switch as Ford did not authorize the installation of a Columbia in 1940. Thus, the entire unit being incorrect upon the concourse means you can put the switch anywhere you please.
Front end:
Toe-in is 1/16".
Camber is 1/4° minimum, 1° maximum. Variation between wheels should never exceed 1/4°.
Castor is 4 1/2° minimum, 9° maximum. No more than 1/2° variation between wheels.
