Anyone using or thinking about the Powermaster PowerGen 82016 to replace the generator in a 1940 Ford Coupe?

It is an expensive option if you do not need the power for air conditioning and halogen bulbs. The 40 generator will handle all accessories available in 1940. It puts out about 30 amps and your headlights only draw about 13 amps. Your radio will draw about 8 amps, so withe the radio and lights on you should have enough current from your generator to keep your battery charged. Tom
