I bought a trim kit from LeBarron Bonney and included is the black cardboard for the center back wall of the trunk. ('40 Convertible Coupe). Does this attach to the rear side of the seat, or to the back wall of the trunk from inside the trunk? Hoping for some help on this. Thanks, Fritz

On my 40 Merc, the cardboard is attached to the seat. The body parts catalog shows both an upper and lower piece of cardboard for the back of the back seat. I do not have the dimensions. You might try calling LeBaron Bonney. Tom

This just came in from Doug at LeBaron Bonney (thanks Doug). For my 1940 Ford Convertible, although the trunk lining cardboard material for my car is black. Fritz
