A friend og mine has a1940 Ford with a 22-prefix before the serial number on the title. The Frame has a 54 prefix with the same serial number. Question: Is a 22 prefix a 60 HP Question: Is the 54 prefix on the frame any signifance

The "54" is simply the prefix of the sequential number applied to the 60HP equipped cars.
