I have a question for Mike Kubarth regarding the new 1940 Ford book. I have a 1941 Ford pickup that I recently completed with a frame off restoration. During the restoration process I received good advice from Bob Moon who has a high point 1940 Ford pickup. During our discussions we both agreed that while there were some good guidelines in the old 1940 Ford book, it didn't do much for those restoring pickups. Since the 41 pickup is very close to the 40 pickup it would be great if the new book covered these pickups as well as sedans, coupes, etc. Bob Moon and I comented on this and I haven't heard if there is any consideration to include pickups in the new book. I spent 9 long years on my frame-off restoration and I have learned a lot about 40 Fords through my contacts with other club members and research. (Incidently, you can see a picture of my 1941 Ford Pickup in the current issue of the V-8 Times) Also when can we expect to see the completed book? I am looking forward to seeing the completed project. Ron Jensen
