Are the closed car wiper arm nuts and the convertible the same? I've seen conflicting info in the repro books. Thanks

yes 78-17481 is common to all of the 1940 body styles.

40coupe is correct. All passenger cars utilized the same nut(s) on the wiper arms. Mike Kubarth
