How do the clips get crimped on the window anti rattle strip? I can't seem to find a good way to do it. This is the strip on the door not garnish molding. thanks kurt

Can you post a photo of exactly what you are working on? I have the right, front window out of mine right now-maybe I can help?

Kurt, These can test a man's patience. I have found it easiest to install the clips to the door. Then, hold the strip in the clip and with a flat blade screw driver, punch the clip closed. If you have help, someone to hold the strip in place, your life will become easier. I typically close the clip in two to three spots. Mike "Kube" Kubarth

Thanks Mike, that's the way i was going to do it but the clips seam to be pretty tough and did not want to bend the lip inward. Will get it done. thanks kurt

Kurt, Prior to installing the clips to the door, bend them over a bit. They only need to be open as much as necessary to push the strip in place. Being bent over quite a bit, will help (a lot) in the final bending process. Mike "Kube" Kubarth
