Convertible and business coupe only - they go under the seat. Supposedly to keep things from rolling front to rear on the floor. Mike "Kube" Kubarth

Larry, don't know if you have it yet , but Mike has written a book that is available on '40 Fords that is very valuable to the restorer. It can be purchased on this site.

Trjford8, thanks for the info on the book. And yes I got the book and once I received it, I found those boards in the book. The book has a wealth of valuable knowledge and information.
