What are the correct locations for the canvas antisqueak pads on a 1940 Ford Deluxe Tudor?

Canvas? The material was VERY similar to what is currently called "duck cloth". This material is available at any decent fabric store. Off white is the preferred color.

The anti-squeak pads were installed in numerous places.
Some that come to mind:
* between the front fender cross brace and front cross member
* between that same cross brace and each inner fender panel
* between each (total six) attachment point of the engine pans / frame
* between the wiper motor and the bracket to which it is fastened
* between the parking brake handle and the inner body structure - both ends of the handle mechanism
* between the cowl mechanism bracket and the metal brace that is integral of the firewall
* between the seat "feet" and the floor pan
* between the wooden tool tray covers and body (floor)
This help?
