How do i put the boot snaps on the car without pulling a thread?how many were there and what is the spacing?

There are seven snaps along the rear trim. One is directly in the center.
I am NOT counting the snaps at the "banana clips" nor the snaps along the rear back rest nor the interior side panels.
If you have a completed boot, I'd suggest you match the snaps in the body to the boot.

To install I have found the safest method to be: I punch a hole through the material and then follow with the proper size drill bit wrapped in masking tape.

I gave you a bit of misinformation earlier. There are actually nine snaps along the back body rail. Picture attached that I hope will help.
There are of course more at the "banana clips" but the number depends on if you have the early or late design clips.
If memory serves there are five along the top of the rear back rest. Or is it three? Perhaps someone can jump in here...

That is a beautiful car,, where i have to put the male part of the snaps through the the cloth and beading is round do you just flatten it.

Yes, you just flatten it. Drawing down of the male snap will do this naturally.
