Are split guides installed in a preferred way,ie with the split going front to back or up and down in the bores,thought I read about this many yrs ago HELP ken ct. 36 221 cu with insert bearings. I believe that it is difficult to get the bar seated in the groove to pull the guide down if the guides are installed with the split front to back. Tom
